Order changes and cancellations

To ensure speedy order processing, all change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests beyond this time frame will unfortunately not be honored. If necessary, you can initiate a return for a full refund.

What payment methods does TinyFisher accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX to ensure a smooth and secure payment process.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect your order to be processed within 24 hours of purchase. We ship orders on weekdays, but please note that weekends are excluded. Shipping times depend on the shipping method you choose and your country of residence. Due to high demand, some orders may take longer than 1 week to reach you.

Customs and taxes clarified

For customers in the EU, our implementation of the IOSS system ensures that we process and remit VAT for orders shipped to EU countries, minimizing problems with customs. For customers in the United States, Canada and Australia, customs clearance is usually smooth and without additional import taxes or duties. In other countries, local customs may impose fees upon arrival, which you will be responsible for paying yourself.
